The maintenance of filter press while it is in service is very important. It is necessary to lubricate the fit positions (such as bearing, rail, etc), especially for the feedback signal position of the automatic control system  (electrical contact pressure gauge and travel switch, etc). The exactness and reliability of actions of hydraulic system hydraulic components must be guaranteed. This can keep the normal operation of the machine. For this purpose, we shall do well the following points: 

1.1Carefully check at any moment whether all joints are reliable, and whether all components work well.  If any abnormal is found, timely inform it to the maintainers for examination and repair. 

1.2 Regularly check the bearing, piston rod and other components, keep the fit parts clean and lubrication good so as to ensure the flexible action. 

1.3 Regularly conduct the insulation and reliability tests for the electrical control system. If the poor accuracy of action caused by the electrical components, inflexibility and other symptoms are found, timely repair or replace the electrical components concerned. 

1.4 For the maintenance of hydraulic system, it mainly involves in the check and maintenance of the hydraulic components and the sealing of all joints. 

1.5 Regularly check the sealing surfaces of the filtration plate and membrane plate so as to ensure its smoothness and cleanness; before impacting, carefully check the filter cloth to ensure that it has no folding, damage, and slag inclusion, and keep it flat and in good condition so as to guarantee the filtration effect; regularly wash the filter cloth to ensure the filtration property of filter cloth. 

1.6 If the filtration plate and membrane plate are not in service for a long time, clean them, and dry the filter cloth after washing; the butter shall be applied on the exposed part of piston rod and the integrated block. 

1.7 The operating environment of PLC in the electrical cabinet: 0℃ - 55℃, 10 - 90% RH, without the corrosive gas, the working voltage of AC170V - 260V. The power supply must be shut down before the PLC module is removed. 

1.8 The hydraulic oil adopts the HM46# or HM68# oil, and it must be kept clean. The hydraulic oil shall be replaced once after a new machine initially operates for a week. The used hydraulic oil in the oil tank shall be fully drained out before replacing the oil, and the oil tank shall be cleaned. Replace the oil once again after continuous use of the machine for a month. Since then, replace the oil once every half a year. This ensures the normal use of the filter press.
