1. The structure is welded by AIO automatic welding machine. Solder side is flat, weld-joint is solid and durable. They can use longer and  ensure no deformation.

2. Main-beam is processed by sand blasting to improve mechanical properties of surface, thereby it wil gain a better wear resistance and increase the life span.

3. Hydraulic station is steady in operation and easy in maintenance. Piston is made by steel 45 after surface processing with feature of high hardness.

4. It could maintain the pressure.

5. Plates are made from pure polypropylene, it has high elastic modulus, high strength, high heat distortion temperature, good chemical resistance and good dimensional stability.

6. Filter cloth is specially processed to avoid leakage. Two pieces of filter cloth are united in their central orifices, they could encase the whole plate to insure perfect filtrate effect.

7. Warranty period 1 year.
