Quick opening filter press mainly include 2 kinds: quick opening chamber filter press and quick opening membrane filter press. During the operation, the filter plates can be pulled apart once a time, which will shorten running time of the whole process. It also has the advantages of simple & convenient operation, high efficiency, low operation cost. It has three types: 450, 630 and 870 series. Filter area ranges from 4m2 to 20m2. According to different working process and filtration requirements, we can offer belt conveyor, shaking system, water tank and other supporting devices.
Features
1It has a one-time plate shifting system, convenient to use and saving labor cost.
2Automatic function: automatic compression, automatic pressure keeping, automatic plate shifting, automatic cake discharging.
3The main material of frame is carbon steel:Q235, beams with rectangular tube seamless welding, special frame deformation, strong and durable.
4Filter plates is made of pure PP, do not contain other filler. not recycled material, high strength, light weight, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali, non-toxic and tasteless.
5Various kinds of filter cloth which suit for different kinds of material, improving the filtering accuracy.
