Introduction

Filter plate is the core part of the filter press machine, the structure and quality of filter press plate affect the efficiency of filter press, in order to manufacture high quality filter plate we adopted first class material, we have complete test and inspecting equipment. The material of membrane filter plate, filter press plates consists of TPE elastomer, fiber glass, and Polypropylene. so the membrane filter plate have the advantage of flexibility, toughness, rigidity, high temperature and high pressure resistance, antisepsis and airtight, short filtering cycle, good processing effect and low humidity of the cake .

Features

1Can chieve 8% water content of filter cake. Membrane ffilter plate bring super excellent filtration effect by membrane filter press. Moisture content of filter cake can be reduced by twice squeezing.

2There are different performance filter plate for different working conditions, such as working pressure 0.6Mpa, 1.0Mpa etc, or working temperature, normal temperature, high temperature etc.

3Adopts Taiwan xiehong Hartford CNC mold processing center.

4The filter plate is very flat. The filter press plates, membrane filter plate is processed by the automated milling machine, every plate is smooth and no leakage when working.
